For those who have submitted abstracts all registration fees must be paid before December 15th, 2012. Please fill the "Registration Form"

*** Participants that will attend the symposium with non-participant persons (family, etc.), must register at sgl room category and the guest must be registered in the Accompanying person category, This will allow you to access a double room.

If you have registered at the “STUDENTS CATEGORY” remember that you will have to present, at venue or send us by email, a documentation that certificates you are a student.

CANCELLATION POLICY / TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you do not cancel before the 11st of Febrary 2013, the amount of the fee will not be reimbursed.
